Phase 1 of the glamping resort will include the development of eight 27' yurt sites, a check-in building, outdoor pool and lounge area. The yurts will be fully furnished and equipped with electricity, air conditioning, heat, private bathrooms, hot showers, TV, WiFi, workspace, dining areas and expansive private decks and outdoor lounging area. The yurts will provide a peaceful guest experience with sprawling views immersed in nature.
Phase 2 expansion is expected to be completed three years after the Phase 1 is complete and will include the construction of 4 new 30' yurt sites on similar deck sites as before, but with a more comprehensive interior build with a guest capacity of 6 instead of 2. Phase 2 will also include the development of a 40 foot multipurpose EJH Hexayurt, 2 outdoor tennis courts, 2 outdoor bowling alleys, property trail systems, picnic areas and a sculpture garden.
Phase 3 is assumed to take place 3 years after Phase 2 is complete and is assumed to include an additional four 27' yurts with a public bath house.
